This proposed amendment is only bad news as it reduces feedom of choice and freedom to use your land as you see fit. The local control will only be as long as the local governments follow Federal and State mandated regulations. This proposed amendment, if passed would greatly increase overcrowding and congestion around the allowed "cirles" of housing that could be built.
Building permits would have to be obtained for any addition to the home and this would trigger a need to call a special election to see if the voting public in your area would allow you to add to your existing home.

Attend your county caucusses acording to your party affiliation. Government is run by the people and uless you get envolved, you do not have any say in it.
